" The Floyd Messenger" gets $137.40 for doing parish printing. West Carroll 
has more regard for the printers pocket book than her sister on the east side 
of the Macon; but the proprietor of the "Messenger" will become grey sure 
enough before he acquires a fortune at such figures.
