The Sentry- Lake Providence, La. March 9, 1906
  The following motion was made by Aldermen J.S. Guenard, and being seconded, 
was carried, to wit: That the insurance policy written by Frank Bylerley, 
insurance agent, on the Providence Electric Light and Water Plant be corrected 
to the satisfaction of the attorney of the Board.
  The following motion was  made by Alderman E. Stockner and, being seconded, 
was carried to wit:  That the salary of E.J. Berry, Engineer, be instructed to 
erect a fence around the front of the Providence Electric Light and Water 
Plant.
  There being no further business, the Board adjourned until the next regular 
meeting, to wit; Tuesday March 6, 1906
