TALLULAH, La -- Mrs.
John Clark Byram, 71, died Saturday afternoon at a Vicksburg hospital after a
heart attack.
A member of the
Baptist Church, she had been a resident of Madison Parish for the past 48
years.
Funeral services for
Mrs. Byram will be held Monday morning at 10 from the First Baptist Church with
the Rev. John S. Hurt officiating.
Survivors include
three sons, Gaines
Byram and J. C. Byram
of Tallulah and Dr. George
Byram of Haynesville; three daughters, Mrs. Olga Mae Horn,
Tallulah; Mrs. Marguerite
Whitehead, Shreveport; and Mrs. Betty Lipari,
Kalamazoo, Mich.; four brothers, Burney
and Corley
Westmoreland of Tallulah, Barney
Westmoreland of Shreveport, and Harrison Westmoreland of Batesville, Miss.,
and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
