Memorial services for Mr.
Harvey William Dye, age 64, will be Monday, May 15, 2017, at First United
Methodist Church in Tallulah at 11:00 A.M., with Bro. Jimmy Wilkins and Bro.
Bentley Curry officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service; from
10:00 to 11:00 A.M.
Harvey was a very loving and devoted husband, father,
and grandfather. He enjoyed many years being a firefighter, truck driver, and
being with the law enforcement. He enjoyed life and being with people and
helping others. He enjoyed fishing, working in his shop, and telling jokes and
stories. He was a member of the Methodist Church and devoted to his Christian
beliefs.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Cindy Dye, one daughter, Dana Dye
Heath, one grandson, Mason Heath, three sisters, two brothers, and numerous
nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church
in Tallulah.
