Funeral Services for Mrs. Corinthia “Cookie” Charlene Ross Isaac will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, April 24, 2023, at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah, Louisiana, with Bro. Jason Lupo officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah.

Cookie passed away suddenly Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah at the age of 58. She was born January 20, 1965, in Leesville, Louisiana, to Charles and Hazel Ross. Cookie attended Leesville High School and was an active member in band and ROTC. She graduated in 1983. After graduation, Cookie moved to Tallulah where she met her husband, Charles “Charlie” Isaac. They were married for 39 years and had two sons, Chad Weston Isaac and Cody Ryan Isaac. Cookie attended Tallulah Vocational School and received a Practical Nursing Degree in 1985. She began her nursing career at Madison Parish Hospital working as an LPN. In the year 2000, she moved from nursing into the Respiratory Department where she continued to work until 2015. She was a devoted and caring nurse who loved her patients and showed it in every phase of her 38 year career. Once Cookie fully retired, she enjoyed spending her time reading, sewing, and bird watching, but her biggest joy was being able to spend time with her granddaughters, Alivia “Livvie” Laine Mooney and Addison “Addie” Grace Isaac. Cookie was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend.

Cookie is preceded in death by her mother Hazel Ross; her father, Charles Ross; her brothers, Charles Ross, Jr., Douglas Ross, and Jimmy Dale Ross; her sister, Sharon Moore; and her beloved husband, Charles “Charlie” Isaac.

Cookie is survived by her sons, Chad and Cody Isaac; nieces, Dasha Savage, Rhonda Petty, and Carla Ray; and nephew, Todd Moore; as well as several cousins.

Pallbearers will be Josh Isaac, Kyle Dispenza, Todd Moore, Jack Thomas Moore, Zach Ray, and Chris Noland.
