Margaret Moreland Koop,
60, passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010.
Service:
11 a.m. Friday at South Hills Christian Church, 3200 Bilglade
Road, Fort Worth. Visitation: one hour prior to the service.
Margaret
was born Nov. 23, 1950 in Tallulah,
La., to James and Laura Moreland. She was one of seven children. After
she graduated
from high school, Margaret moved to Fort Worth, where she remained the
rest of her life. She married Kevin Koop on Nov. 1, 1997, which
brought together a loving family with her three
children from a previous marriage. Margaret had a successful career in
mid-level management
in the retail industry for 20 years and then supported her husband
in their window cleaning business.
Survivors:
Loving husband, Kevin; children, Tonda of Lake
Charles, La., Twilla of Monroe, La., and Tebbles of Lake Charles; siblings, Sarah
Moreland
and Beatrice Gales, both of Tallulah, La., Oscar Moreland and Ruth Baldwin,
both of Las Vegas, Nev.; 10 grandchildren; and many
nieces, nephews and extended family members.
