LaSALLE In Memory of Delores
Montgomery LaSalle, "Baby Sister"," Aunt Bay",
"De", age 78 years, born on January 20, 1932 in Delta, La. "Tallulah
Area", Harris
County. A resident of Marrero, LA for 55 years, resident of Conyers, GA for 5
years, where she passed away in her home on May 8, 2010. Preceded
in death by grandparents, mother, father, 7 sisters, 2 brothers, husband,
Joseph Emile LaSalle, and 2 daughters, Julienne Ann LaSalle Butler, (La), and
Adrienne Veronica LaSalle Bush Moore, (Ca). Survived by 2 brothers: Burnell Montgomery, (Ca) and Leo Montgomery, (Ca);
daughter, Consuella M. LaSalle Irvin, (Ga); sons: John Kermit LaSalle, James Earl Montgomery,
Keith Emile LaSalle, (La), Tyrone Joseph LaSalle, (LA), and Cornell Anthony
LaSalle, (La); and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other
relatives and friends. Education: Booker T. Washington High School in New
Orleans, La. Member of New Light Baptist Church in Tallulah, La., Member of
Progressive Baptist Church Hospitality, and Chorus Group of Marrero, La. Ms.
LaSalle was a homemaker, caregiver to her husband, and a Certified Nursing
Assistant. She was a former employee of The Guest House Nursing Home in Harvey,
La., Stonebridge Nursing Home in Gretna, La., and Wynhoven
Nursing Home in Marrero, La. We love you Mom! We love you Grandmother! Her
remains lie in Restlawn Park Cemetery in Avondale,
La. Private Services were held at WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME.
Condolences may be sent to her daughter, Mrs. Consuella
M. LaSalle Irvin 2691 Chantilly Ct. Conyers, Ga. 30094 in Rockdale County.
