Committee on Church Cooperation (CCC) where she loved to serve and minister to
others. From 1981-2000, Bay lived in Monroe, La., and worked as facility director
at Evangeline Oaks Girls Home, a home for abused and delinquent girls. Bay
lived in Decatur from 1968-1981. During this time, she was very active in the
Junior League of Morgan County. She was active in bringing the student theater
to town. For this reason, her children, ask that instead of flowers, one can
give generously to the local arts in Morgan County through the Princess
Theater. Bay was the daughter of James William Rogillio and Beatrice Russ
Rogillio of Tallulah, La. Her two sisters are Lulabe Furr, deceased, and Mary
Alice Wall. Bay was rich in friends and family, and she loved to love others.
