Douglas Neal Ogden Sr., 76, of Delhi
died at his residence on Saturday, September 5, 2020 after an extended illness.
He was born on August 4, 1944 to the late Cammie Ogden and Mittie Marie
Schwanner Ogden.
Douglas was a farmer and long time resident of Madison Parish.
He is also preceded in death by a sister and three brothers, Estelle Smith,
Troy Wyatt, Deloy Wyatt and Donald Wyatt.
Doug is survived by two sons, Neal Ogden and wife Gwyn of Delhi and Shawn Ogden
of Epps, LA; two grandchildren Justin and Megan Ogden and their daughter Hadley
and Coltin and Baylea Ogden; two brothers, Eugene Ogden and wife Margie of
Delhi and Glen Ogden and wife Brenda of Crowville; a brother Roy Wyatt of South
Carolina and a sister Modell Holloway of Mounds, LA along with numerous nieces
and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 7, 2020 in the
chapel of Cox Funeral Home in Delhi with Rev. Todd Perry officiating.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM at Cox Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Crowville Masonic Cemetery in Crowville, LA.
Pallbearers will be McKenzie Wyatt, William Wyatt, Ronnie Frith, Tyler Ogden,
Justin Ogden and Coltin Ogden.
