A cremation ceremony
will be held for Mr. Rich Lane Ramshur at 10:00 AM, Friday, March 4, 2022, at
Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah, Louisiana, with Bro. Jay Parker
officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM.
Rich passed away at
his home in Tallulah Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at the age of 57. He was born
August 22, 1964, in Tallulah to J. H. and Norman Dean Lee Ramshur. Rich
considered his greatest accomplishment to be his unwavering love for his wife
and two sons.
Rich is preceded in
death by his father, J. H. Ramshur, stepfather, J. M. Hattaway; mother, Norma
Dean Hattaway; and sister, Sandra Dean Hattaway.
Rich is survived by
his wife of 33 years, Teresa Price Ramshur; two sons, Keith Lane Ramshur of
Pasadena, Texas, and granddaughter Alexis, and Thomas J. Ramshur and wife
Heather of Lafayette, Louisiana, with a grandson, Tiberius J., on the way; two
brothers, Thomas James Ramshur and wife Sherry of Bastrop, Louisiana, and Randy
D. Ramshur and wife Carmen of Tallulah, Louisiana; one sister, Angel Mobley and
husband Michael of Tallulah, Louisiana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rich will be greatly
missed by all.
