TALLULAH - Martha A.
Snider Sevier died today, July 14, 1997, at Columbia Vicksburg Medical Center.
She was 72.
Mrs. Sevier was born
in Carbondale, Ill., and lived in Tallulah for 53 years. She was a homemaker
and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Tallulah.
Mrs. Sevier is
survived by two sons, Andrew L. Sevier III of Texarkana, Texas, and William Howard
"Bill" Sevier of Tallulah; one daughter, Susan Sevier Hunt of
Odessa, Texas; and three grandchildren, William Howard "Billy" Sevier
Jr. and Mary Katherine "Katie" Sevier, both of Tallulah, and Susannah
Sloane Hunt of Odessa, Texas.
Services will be at
11 a.m. Wednesday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel in Tallulah with the
Rev. Lillard Bevill
officiating. Burial will follow at the Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah.
Visitation will be at
Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be
Spencer Sevier, Mike Sevier, Bobby Todd, Conrad Sevier, Stuart Moberley and
Marshall Sevier.
