Ronnie Owen Stampley, Jr. was born February 8, 1971, in
Vicksburg, MS. He crossed over to his heavenly home on May 12, 2024, at the age
of 53 years young.
Ron was born to Hazel Mosley Stampley and Ronnie Owen Stampley Sr. He was
a jack of all trades. He was Madison Parish Sheriff’s Deputy, a cross country
truck driver, and contract electrician.
He is preceded in death by his father Ronnie Owen Stampley Sr., his
maternal grandmother Tiny Whitley Mosley, and maternal grandfather John W.
Mosley, paternal grandmother Merle Josephine Slaughter Stampley, and paternal
grandfather James E. Stampley Sr.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife Leslie Harvey
Stampley, his mother Hazel Mosley Stampley Hicks (Rusty), his sister Tina
Stampley Young (Mike), Sister-in-law Evelyn Harvey Boyd. Ron was a dad to
Angela Massey (Jeremy), Heather Ramshur (TJ) and Anthony Furello, and nephew
Ryan Boyd. He was Pappy to Rosabella Furello, Nathan Thomas, Kolton Thomas and
Tiberious Ramshur. He is also survived by a host of numerous aunts, uncles,
nieces, nephews and cousins. Last but not least, he was dad to his special fur
baby Bella.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.
