Faye Starnes of Augusta, Georgia, passed away peacefully at her home
surrounded by her family on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at age 88. Her joy was
found in the laughter of her grandchildren, singing in the choir, and
volunteering at her church. Her kind spirit and infectious smile enriched the
lives of everyone who knew her. Faye graduated from Tallulah, LA High School.
Faye is survived by two brothers, two daughters, two grandchildren, and
four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and
parents.
A celebration of life will be held at The Chapel at Warren, Warren Baptist
Church, 3203 Washington Road, Augusta, GA, on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at
11:30 AM.
Her legacy will continue to live on through the cherished memories held
dear by her family and friends.
