Irene Branch Walker age 82, of Crestview, Florida passed away Wednesday September 28, 2016 at the North Okaloosa Medical Center, Crestview.

Ms. Walker was born August 26, 1934 to Milo and Elizabeth (Woodard) Branch in Tallulah, Louisiana. She was a quiet woman who loved to laugh and make others around her do the same. Irene was a great cook and she was known for her specialty desserts which she enjoyed making for all to enjoy.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories; children: Jackie Colmon of Crestview, Florida; Tony Walker, Sidney Walker, Jr., and Donna Flood all of Dallas, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Walker will be laid to rest in her hometown of Tallulah, LA under the direction of Beckwith Golden Gate Funeral Home. McKinnie Funeral Home (Crestview) in charge of initial arrangements.
