Frances Carter Watzke passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2016. Frances was
born in Tallulah, Louisiana and resided in Kenner for more than 40 years.
Frances
was a longtime member of Williams Boulevard Baptist Church where she made many
close bonds throughout her church community.
Beloved
wife of the late Joseph Watzke. Survived by sister-in-law Louise Carter; and a host of nieces and
nephews; a special friend child Jordan Carter and the Lupari
family.
Preceded in death by her companion Armando Lupari; parents Charles and Allamae
Carter; brothers Cotton Carter (Bonny), and Troyce
Carter.
Relatives
and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Thursday,
April 14, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Williams Boulevard Baptist Church, 3000 Williams
Blvd, Kenner, LA 70065. Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery No. 3.
Visitation will take place prior to the service beginning at 11:00 a.m.
