Robert C. Webb III, age
62, of Tallulah, La., passed away Friday, Aug. 16, 2013.
He was a
member of the Army National Guard, Army Corp, and a park ranger in the Great
Smoky Mountains National Park, Natchez Trace and Vicksburg Military Park. He
was also a member of Southern Cruiser and Dragon HOG Chapter.
Survivors
include his wife, Charlotte Webb; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Ashlee
Webb; daughter and son-in-law, Kristen and Chris Besse;
daughters, Courtney Webb, Lindsey Webb; stepson, Adam McDavid
and wife, Tanya; and Micah McDavid; stepdaughter,
Stephanie Rosteet and husband, Matt; grandchildren,
Cameron, Brennan, and Hunter Besse; Braxton Bell;
Allison, Blair, and Logan Rosteet; Jonah and Jacob McDavid; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ginger and Terry
Sutcliffe and Julia and Jim Boddie.
Family
and friends will assemble for a graveside service and interment at 11 a.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013, at Valley View Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Preston
Joslin officiating. Family will receive friends from
5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, in the Trinity Chapel of Smith
Funeral & Cremation Service, Maryville, 983-1000, http://www.SmithMaryville.com
. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Tallulah, La.
