Holographic on Olographic Will of David R. Godwin made in the city of New Orleans State of Louisiana Saturday October 6th 1883.
I David Resolve Godwin of this city and state being sound in body and mind, do make this my Last Will and Testament.
I want all of my debts paid (first) out of the proceeds of the following list of assets and if there is any thing left over, I want my wife Clara Claire Toledano to have the use of it until her death without giving any security, I wish her to have the whole charge and sole charge of my estate whatsoever, lands, house, scripts movable or immovable that I may be possessed at my death or may to collected from sudaria after and I would respectfully ask the court to put her in immediate possession, with as little expense as possible without giving any security, what so ever.
