Tissot Judge. I Nicholas Commaudeur of Carrollton La declare that to be my last Olographic Testament. I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Mary Malinda Elliott one half of my entire estate having our two children living the issue of our marriage viz: Linda Eugenie- V Marie Therese. I give and bequeath to them our two daughters the residue of my estate and in the event of my daughter dying before me. I give the entire estate to my said wife. I appoint my said wife Mary Malinda the sole Executor of this my will, with resign and possession of my estate with the right of unified during her single unmarried life. I make the above disposition of my property in view of death for this. That there exists no community of acquets and gains between myself and wife in consequence of our marriage contract passed before J.R. Having every confidence in her reassuring affection and devotion, to our offspring and to myself. I leave her this memorial. I implore my loved children to follow her guidance and precepts as the surest safeguards in this world and guarantee to future immortality.
