This is my Olographic Last Will, I revoke all other wills heretofore made by me. My name is Asahel Walker Cooper I have been twice married, my first wife was Ann Sullivan she died April 27th 1870. By that marriage I have two children living namely Sarah Jane, wife of Adam McLellan, Margaret Ann, wife of T.Y.P Trueman. I am now married to my second wife Eliza A. Loney; by this wife I have one child named Asahel Walker. After the death of my first wife her succession was opened in the second District Court of this City and all the property required during that marriage was inventoried in her succession as community property. By the decree rendered in that succession suit and being No. 35.206 of the docket of the said second district court entitles Succession of Ann Sullivan the two children born of that marriage to vit: Sarah Jane and Margaret Ann were recognized as the sole heirs of their deceased mother Ann Sullivan; and entitled to one undivided half of the property of the community, subject to a payment of seven thousand one hundred and thirty six 77/100 dollars, due me, the other undivided half was decreed to belong to me , that property is still nearly, all in my possession owing to the depreciation of real estate in our city, I do not think its value is equal to the estimate fixed for each separate piece in the inventory. But in making this will. I adhere to the values therein Stated, that no injustice may be done to my heirs. By the judgment rendered in the above succession the interest of the two daughters was fixed at one half of all the property acquired during the marriage. the inventory fixes the value of all the property at one hundred and fifty two thousand and five hundred and fifty three 57/100 dollars. after settling the succession that accountant and decree show the residue of
