  The petition of widow Henritta M. Fabian a resident of the city, respectfully represents:
That your petitioner heir applier for the administration of her deceased daughters estate, which application was high published as the law directs and is unopposed or [?] name fully appear from the [?] proof of publication.
Petitioner further represents that in pursuance of an order from their Humble Court, she has caused its aforesaid estate to be inventoried [?] to law as also fully appease per[?] the inventory
