I leave to my sister Emma Gause my shairs in the Homestead for her to draw the interest as long as she lives after her death to go to my children shair and shair alike. I leave to my niece Corrie Costley Acomb Five hundred dollars and to my niece Susie Holtzmann in calofonia five hundred dollars. I give to my grand daughter Edna Costley the daughter of my son Arthur one thousand dollars to be deducted from my portion of the estate out of my son Arthurs portion from me. The remainder to be equally divided between my five children shair and shair alike, except Arthurs shair which is one thousand less. I give Louisa Stumpf one hundred dollars out of my cash. This money is to be paid as soon as possible and not wait for the estate to be settled I leave my son Frank D. Costley executor with out bond and full power to act. I leave to my son Frank five hundred dollars over and above his share for his to me this money is my own and consist of bond and mortgages owing to me I want them settled agreeably and equally alike.
