Judgment 
Our petition of Sole heir to be recognized and put in possession. 
In this case submitted for adjudication, the court considering the act of renunciation and the law and evidence to be in form of the petitioner.
Minored adjudged and decreed that Misterm Widow Annie Dowd Sherlock, be and she is hereby recognized as the sole heir of her deceased sister Miss Nora Dowd, and as such sent into possession of all the property and effects of her succession, particularly the sum of five hundred and forty dollars (540.00) deposited in the Union National Bank of their City Dept. 7.1888 by said Nora Dowd and also all furniture and other movable and effects Contained in premise No. 168 Orange Street of this City . Judgment rendered and Signed November 25th 1890
