W Civil District Court Filed Sept 3, 1924 To the Honorable the Judge of the civil District Court for the parish of Orleans: The petition of W.E. Durst, a resident of Fitzsimmons, Colorado, on behalf of his minor children, Rita Catherine Durst and John Edmond Durst, with respect shows: 1 That he was married to Jeanne Blanche Clothilde Mouledoux Durst, in this city, on the 8th day of July, 1918 2 That there are two minor children born of the union with the said Jeanne Blanche Clothilde Mouledoux Durst, Rita Kathryn Durst age 3 5/12 years and John Edmond Durst age 4 9/12 years. 3 That the said Jeanne Blanche Clothilde Mouledoux Durst departed this life, interstate, at her residence and place of domicile in the city of Fitzsimmons, state of Colorado, on the 8th day of July 1923. 4 That the decedent has left some personal property, situated within the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana; that there are privileged and ordinary debts, due by the estate, which renders an administration of the appointed administrator of this estate and to have the requisites of law. 5 Petitioner further represents that the decedent left as her sole and only heirs at law, your petitioners, minor children, Rita Kathryn Durst age 3 5/12 years and John Edmond Durst age 4 9/12 years. That petitioner waives an inventory, as the estate consists of cash money on deposit in the Interstate Trust and Banking Company, in the amount of Five Hundred and Twenty Four dollars and Fifty sSix Cents ($524.56). wherefore, petitioner prays that his application for letters of administration on the estate of decedent be published, according to law; that, after all legal delays shall have elapsed, letters of administration issue to petitioner upon his complying with the requisites of law.
