No. 121130 Division B Docket 1 Succession of Mrs. Catherine Walter, widow of Joseph Hirth Filed Aug 2 1917 Aastood Dy. Clerk To the Honorable Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana. The petition of John H. Hirth, a resident of this city, and of Mrs. Christine Puderer, widow of Thomas J. Hirth, here in appearing on behalf of her two minor children, Eunice E. Hirth and John Herbert Hirth, aged sixteen and twenty respectively, all residing in this city, with respect represents: That Mrs. Catherine Walter, widow of Joseph Hirth, mother of your first named petitioner, and grandmother of the said minors, died in this city on July 8, 1917, intestate. That she had two children, to-wit: Petitioner, John Hirth and another son named Thomas J. Hirth, who died on Sept. 21st.1914, leaving the two minor children named above. That petitioner John Hirth, desires to be placed in possession of one undivided half of her estate, and there should be judgment placing the aforesaid minors, who inherit through their father, Thomas J. Hirth, in possession of the other half, or one-fourth to each. That the only estate left by the deceased consisted of ten shares of full paid stock in the Dryades Building & Loan Association standing in the name of Mrs. Catherine Hirth, and represented by Certificate No. 222; said stock being of a par value of One Hundred ($100.) dollars each. That there is no inheritance tax due. Therefore, petitioners pray that there be judgment recognizing them as the sole heirs and putting them in possession of the estate New Orleans, Aus 2 1917.
