Judgment in this matter, submitted for
adjudication,
The Court considering the last will and testament of the
Deceased and the law applicable to the case, and being of the
Opinion that
petitioners are entitled to the decree prayed
For:
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED
AND DECREED that the petitioners,
Mrs. Rosamond Hall, nee Kercheval, wife of
Stephen W. Nall,
E. C. Kercheval and Mrs. Josephine Epps, nee Kercheval, wife
of
W. E. Epps, be recognized as the sole heirs of their mother,
Mrs. S. M.
R. Kercheval, and the universal legatees under her last
Will and testament,
herein duly probated, and that as such they
Be and they are hereby sent and
put in possession of her entire
Estate, subject to the payment and discharge
of the following.
Particular legacies made by the decedent, namely, $1500.00
To Rosamond Wall, $1500. 00 -to Lawrence Wall, $1500.00 to
Kercheval Nall,
$1500.00 to Stephen W. Wall, Jr., and $1500.00
To Byron R. Nall, Jr.
