Of all the property belonging to the Succession of Auna Jannes Deceased, late wife of Martin Lanned of this city, which said order of Count was Rendered in petition of said Martin Laune surviving husband of said deceased , in the matter of the Succession of Anna Lannes No 37845 , on the docket of said Honorable Court duly Certified Copies of which Said Petition and order of Can’t are here annexed.
