PETITION FOR INVENTORY. FILED APRIL 7th 1927. DEPUTY CLERK. TO THE HONORABLE THE CIVIL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS: The petition of Joseph E. LeBlanc, Esq., of full age of majorIty and a resident of the City of New Orleans, with respect represents 1. That his wife, Kathleen Claire Stehle, to whom he was married on October 7th, 1915, died in the City of New Orleans, Where she resided, on September 3rd, 1926, intestate; 2. That three children were born as the issue of said marriage, all minors Shirley C. LeBlanc, age ten years, Lydia M. LeBlanc, age seven years, Joseph W. LeBlanc, age seven months. 3. That the deceased left certain property and effects situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, consisting of her undivided one-half of the community formerly existing between the deceased and your petitioner; that petitioner desires to have an inventory taken of the property belonging to the deceased and to the said minors, and that in due course petitioner be appointed as their natural Tutor and that an Under-Tutor be provided for them. WHERETORE, the above premises and the annexed affidavit considered petitioner prays that an inventory of the property and effects belonging to the deceased and to the said minors above mentioned be taken by Martin H. Manian Notary Public, assisted by appraisers to be appointed by the Court. Attorney for petitioner.
