Lee, who resided in This parish Respectfully Shows: That she was married in this City on September 1st. 1952, to George W. Lee, who departed This life in this city, on March 8/91, leaving as his sole surviving here the following named children issue of his marriage with petitions, to with (1) George A. Lee, (2) Caroline Z. Lee, (3), Walter P. Lee, (4) Jerque G Lee, (5) Imogene Lee, wife of Edward Scruggs,(6) Stonewall J. Lee, (7) Robert E. Lee, all of age and (8) Olivia Lee, a minor age 14 ½ years, Petitioner further shows that hersaid husband died without any property, Except a policy of insurance on his life in The new York Life Insurance Company, under policy no.92371 for #83000, in said Company, payable to petitioner and said children, in which said minors has one month internet and in order to collect same, it is necessary that petitioner be appointted natural Tutrix of said minors. Petitioner further shows that her said son Stonewall J. Lee is an absentee; That said S. J. Lee has not been heard from for over Three (3) years; That it is necessary a burator be appointed to represent said absentee.
