Mrs. Pierce Irvin Is Buried At Sardis Cemetery Friday

Mrs. Pierce Irvin of Hodge died at her home Thursday of last week and was
buried at the Sardis Cemetery Friday afternoon with the Rev. W. D. Sherwood,
Baptist minister, officiating.

The deceased was a native of Winn Parish and lived in the Atlanta community. 
Before her marriage she was Miss Era Jordan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry
Jordan.

Surviving are her husband, two children of Hodge; her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Henry Jordan of Shreveport and several sisters and brothers.
