Mrs.Iley Jennings Succumbs From Malady At Her Father's Home

Mrs. Iley Jennings of Franklin Parish succumbed from a malady, Hodgkins, at
the home of her father, Bryant Townsend, in Joyce, Monday night.  Mrs.
Jennings had received treatment in a Shreveport hospital for some time before
she was brought to this parish.  Funeral services were conducted at the
Union Church Tuesday afternoon with Rev. W. M. Grice officiating.

Surviving besides her father are her husband and three young daughters of
Franklin Parish; one brother, Robert Townsend, and one sister, Ilene Townsend.
