Last Rites Held For Mrs. Teagle At St. Maurice

Funeral services for Mrs. Nannie Elizabeth Teagle, widow of the late William
N. Teagle of St. Maurice, who died suddenly at her home in St. Maurice Sunday,
May 23, 1948, were held at the St. Maurice Baptist Church Monday afternoon. 
Rev. H. H. McBride of Winnfield conducted the last rites, with burial under
the direction of National Funeral Home.  Pallbearers were nephews and
nephews-in-law of the deceased.

Born Nannie Elizabeth Graham, the deceased was married to William N. Teagle
December 1896.  She had made her home at St. Maurice for the past 52 years,
where she was active in the Baptist church of which she had been a member
since early childhood, and in home demonstration club work.  She was 71 years
of age, and had been in ill health several months prior to her death.

Surviving is one brother, Archie Graham, of Chicago, and 12 nieces and
nephews.
