John B. Walker To Be Buried Friday At Harmony Grove

John B. Walker, 79, of Dodson, died at 7:30 p. m. January 24 in a Winnfield
hospital after a long illness.  He was a retired farmer.  The body will lay in
state at the family home until time for the funeral Friday at 11 a.m. at the
Harmony Grove Church, Gaars Mill.  Burial will be under direction of Southern
Funeral Home.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lily Walker, Dodson; four daughters, Mrs. J. D.
Myer, Shreveport, Mrs. M. G. Watts and Miss Glina Mae Walker, Dodson, and Mrs.
Raymond Culver, Bienville; four sons, Jimmie Walker, Jonesboro, J. B., John,
and Bobby Walker, all of Dodson; one brother, Harvey Walker, Dodson; two
sisters, Mrs. Raymond Kelly, Dodson, and Mrs. Nancy Lee, Monroe; and 13
grandchildren.
