The widow of Bonvanture Martin now lives in New Orleans is abut to make a donation to Ann Martin wife of Francois Richard Jr.of 1/2 of the aforesaid land say 5 arpents X 40 depth, upper side: land formerly belonging to Madame Mondon and lower: by the other 1/2 of said tract. Now, she, the said Ann Martin being duly authorized her representatives to accept the said donation.
