Briscoe, south by lands of Oleus Sonnier, west by lands of Treville Cormier, formerly Mrs. Victoria Coligan Olivier, and east by lands of Treville Cormier, being property acquired by Treville Cormier from Cleophas Sonnier about the year 1923 as per act of sale before Edward Daigle.
