By order of the above court in the matter, I will sell for cash at public auction, at the last residence of the above named deceased three miles north of Iota commencing at 10:00 a.m., Saturday October 10, 1901, the following property belonging to the above succession, to-wit:

Sale of land to be conducted at the principal front door of the couthouse at Crowley, LA at 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 22, 1901


The east half of a tract of prairie land containging 90 arpents more or less in Acadia Parish lying abut 3.75 miles north of Iota, and bound north by Homer Lejeune; south by Angelas Lejeune; east by Nicholas Ledoux and west by Christophe Lejeune; being part of the Louis Louallier grant and a portion of the same property which the deceased, Hypolite Andrepont, acquired about thirty years ago from Jules Deballion; also the west half of the said tract of land.
