[volume] (Donaldsonville, La.) 1871-current, June 11, 1910, Image 4 Death of Mrs. Hubert Treille. - Mrs. Hubert Treille, nee Emily Flandry, died at the Treille residence at Fort Butler at 11 o'clock last Tuesday night, the 7th inst., aged twenty-eight years, ten months and fifteen days. Mrs. Treille had been hopelessly ill for a long time, and although every resource known to medical science, supplemented by the most loving care and skillful nursing, was exhausted in an effort to prolong her life, her condition grew steadily worse and finally death came to an end her sufferings and release her tired spirit from its bondage of pain. The funeral took place at 4:45 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, interment being made in the family tomb in the Catholic cemetery after impressive services at Ascension Church. Mrs. Treille was an exceptionally accomplished and prepossessing young woman, and by virtue of her charming personality and kindly disposition had won for herself a wide circle of devoted friends, by whom the announcement of her untimely demise will be received with unfeigned sorrow and sincere regret. Besides her heart-broken husband, she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Flandry; three young children, Mamie, Hubert and Alex; three brothers, and one sister. Sincere sympathy is offered the bereaved family in this hour of sorrow.
