Henry Bergeron

Henry Adam Bergeron Jr., 70, died 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Visitation began 8 a.m. today, continuing until 10 p.m. at the Chauvin
Funeral Home, resuming 8 a.m. Thursday until funeral time.

The funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday from the funeral home chapel.

Burial will be in the Magnolia cemetery.

Surviv ors include his wife, Mary Detiveaux Bergeron; one son, Henry
Bergeron Jr., of Singapore; two step-sons, Joseph and John Garibotte;
three daughters, Mrs. Morris (Joyce) Boquet Jr., Mrs. James (Betty Lou)
Ledet, Mrs. Charles (Victoria) Ledet; one sister, Mrs. Paul (Bea) Marie,
of Houma; four step- daughters, Mrs. Warren (Mary Ann) Gaudin, of New
Orleans, Mrs. Raymond (Alice) Devillier, of Erath, La., Mrs. Elgin
(Theresa) Rodrigue and Mrs. Dan (Elizabeth) Rein, of Gretna; 25
grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Dorita Babin; his parents,
Mathilda Dugas and Edgar Bergeron; one son, Clarence Bergeron Sr.; one
daughter, Mrs. Nolan (Lois) Lirette; one brother, Arthur Bergeron; and
two sisters, Mrs. Justillian (Lena) Pitre and Mrs. Wilmas (Lillian)
Foret.
