Florence Lacoubon

Florence Lodrigue Lacoubon, 82, a native and resident of Grand Caillou,
died 10:30 a.m. Monday.

Visitation will begin this morning at the family residence, Route 4, Box
432, Grand Caillou, and will remain until funeral time.

The funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Dulac Methodist Church.

Burial will be in the Holy Family cemetery, no. 2.

Survivors include one son, Albert Lacoubon; seven daughters, Mrs.
Antoinne (Eunice) Billiot, Mrs. Calvin (Lorraine) Parfait Sr., Mrs.
Louis (Walterine) Billiot, Bessie Lacoubon, Mrs. Olden "Doc" (Cecile)
Guidry, Mrs. Norris (Rita) Lodrigue and Mrs. Juanita Lacoubon; one
sister, Mrs. Dennis Cotton; 52 grandchildren; 111 great-grandchildren;
and six great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband William Lacoubon; her parents.
Dovilia Pontiff and Henry William Lodrigue; two sons, Joseph and Sidney
Lacoubon; four brothers, Louis, Joseph, Henry Jr. and Wilsay Lodrigue;
and three sisters, Mrs. Marie Defelice, Mrs. Ozelia Parfait and Laura
Lodrigue.

Chauvin Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
