Ada Dupre

Ada Amedee Dupre, 71, a native of Vacherie and resident of Houma, died
at 12:45 p.m. Saturday in Baton Rouge.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and will
continue until 10 p.m. tonight. It will resume at 8 a.m. Monday and will
continue until funeral time.

Services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Chauvin Funeral Home
chapel.

Burial will follow in the St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Dupre; one son, Dennis Joseph
Dupre; four brothers, Lloyd Amedee, and Lee, Roger and Robert Amedee of
Gonzales; and three grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Odile Rodrigue and Philadel
Amedee; and three brothers, Odon, Edgar and Antoine Amedee.

Chauvin Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
