Fr. Rousso, who was in his 60s, was celebrating his 39th year as a priest this year. Ordained into the priesthood in 1943 by Archbishop Rummel of New Orleans, Fr. He was director of the diocesan Cursillo movement within the church, which was held at Regina Coeli in Covington.
