Herbert Rousseau

Herbert Rousseau, 83, died 11:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. today at Landry Funeral
Home and resume 8 a.m., Thursday until funeral time.

The funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday from the funeral home with
religious services immediately following at 10:30 a.m. at St. Genevieve
Catholic Church.

Burial will be in the St. Joseph Church Cemetery.

Survivors include three sons, Kenneth "Ray" Rousseau of Thibodaux,
Sidney Rousseau of Bayou Blue and Cecil Rousseau of Denham Springs;
three daughters, Katherin R. Ganier and Shirley Soignet of Thibodaux and
Faye Naquin of Gretna; 18 grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Cecile Aleman Rousseau; and his
parents, Louise Hilary and Corinne Dupre Rousseau.

Landry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
