John Christen

John Henry Christen, 74, a native and resident of Des Allemands, died
4:30 p.m., Saturday in New Orleans.

Survivors include his wife. Nina Robichaux Chirsten; one son, Hal
Christen of Des Allemands; one daughter, Dr. Janine Christen Edwards of
New Orleans; one brother, L.L. "Bob" Christen of Des Allemands; and a
sister, Mrs. Hebert (Sadie) Leonard of Houma.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Christen; and
a sister, Mrs. Mabel Louviere.

Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is handling the arrangements.
