Thomas Valence

Funeral services have been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Falgout
Funeral Home, Galliano, for Thomas J. Valence, 82, a resident of Larose
for 17 years, who died at 3 p.m. Sunday. Religious services have been
scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Larose,
with interment in Barrios Cemetery , Valentine. Visitation will be from.
11 a.m. to 11 p.m. today and from 7-9:30 a.m. Tuesday. He was the
husband of Claudia Griffin Valence; father of Reola Munch And the late
Thomas Valence Jr.; stepfather of Wilbert, Melvin, Roland and Ray Kern,
brother of Anthony Valence and Olivette Hebert and the late Jacomie and
Joseph Valence, Annie Alario and Theresa Minnich. He is survived by 28
grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren,
