Louis Gravois

Funeral services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today at St. Philip Catholic
Church in Vacherie for. Louis Joseph Gravois Jr., 53, a native and
resident of Vacherie, who died at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Veterans
Administration Hospital in New Orleans. Interment was in the church
cemetery. He was the husband of Joyce Torrier Gravois; son of Florence
Louquette Gravois and the late Louis J. Gravois Sr.; father of Mrs.
Donald (Julie) Roddy Jr., Mrs. Jody (Faye) Chenier, Alan, Glenn and
Kelly Gravois, all of Vacherie; brother of Mrs. Dorothy Constant,
Vacherie; and Pricilla Loup, LaPlace. He is survived by six
grandchildren. Arrangements were by Ourso Funeral Home, Donaldsonville.
