Francis Parra

Funeral services were held Saturday at Landry's Funeral Home, Thibodaux,
for Francis Parra, 74, who died at 4:30 a.m. Friday. Religious services
were held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, St. Charles
community, with interment in the church cemetery. He was the husband of
Irene Guidry Parra; father of Raleigh Parra, Miriam Hebert and the late
David Parra; sou of the late Felix Parra and Eleanor Galjour Parra;
foster-son of the late Jackson Petit and Angelie Bourgeois Petit;
brother of Rita Bourgeois and the late Morris Parra; foster-brother of
Emelian Braud and the late Isabelle Raynal and Gaston Petit;
half-brother of Elvin Parra. He is survived by four grandchildren.
