Pearl Jones

Wake services have been scheduled for 8 p.m. Monday at Allen Chapel,
Thibodaux, for Pearl W. Jones who died at 8:30 p.m. Thursday. A mass of
Christian burial has been scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph
Co-Cathederal, Thibodaux, with interment in Allen Benevolent Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-10 p.m. today at Allen Chapel. She was the
wife of the late Joseph T. Jones; daughter of the late Nelson J. Weber
Sr. and Lola Ives Webre; mother of Mrs. Gloria J. Thompson, Joseph Jr.,
Lloyd, Gerald and Nelson Jones, California, and the late Norman and
Marivin Jones; sister of Jessie C. Weber, Thibodaux, Mrs. Lillie W.
Oubre, Russell Weber, Vacherie, Nelson Weber Jr., Chicago, and the late
Nettie B. Webb and Mamie Smith. She is survived by 16 grandchildren and
16 great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Landry's Funeral Home,
Thibodaux.
