Submitted by: Chris Tidwell Pearl Thomas Funeral services have been scheduled for noon Wednesday at Mount Zion Baptist Church, Raceland, for Pearl Thomas, 69, a native of Raceland, who died Thursday at 12:50 p.m. Wake services will be held at 8 p.m. tonight at Mount Zion Baptist Church. Visitation is from 5 p.m. until wake service. I nterment is scheduled in Morning Star Cemetery in Raceland. Rev. J.W. Young will officiate. She was the wife of the late Clarence Thomas; mother of Harold, Nolan, Clyde, Victor, Anthony and Graylin Thomas, Mrs. Delores Robinson, Gloria Gray, Lola Mae Allen, Diana Davis and Vanessa Rose, all of Raceland, Gary and Eric Thomas of Los Angeles Calif. and the late Rosa Lee, Randolph and Joseph Thomas; sister of Jermiah, Henderson, Earl, Alfred, Huburt and Henry Jr. Lawson, Mrs. Lucille Robinson and Enola Robinson, all of Raceland, Joseph Lawson of New York and the late Gloria Mae Beaman and C.J. Lawson. She is also survived by 51 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Arrangements by J.P. Willie & Son Funeral Home of New Orleans.
