Kiah Clair

Wake and funeral services from the St. Charles Baptist Church,
Paincourtville, have been scheduled at 8 p.m. today for Kiah Clair, who
died at Manhatten Manor Nursing Home in Harvey at 7:26 p.m. Monday.
Interment will be in the church cemetery. A dismissal service has been
scheduled at 11 a.m. Saturday. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today
at the church. He was the husband by first marriage of Alberta
Patterson; father of Steve Clair, Jack Clair, Lucille Massops, Celena
Gladden and Lois Conway, all of New Orleans; and the brother of Hilda
Williams, Elsie Wallace, the Rev. Risley Clair and Milton Clair. He is
also survived by 17 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and 10
step-children. He was preceded in death by his wife by second marriage
Ethel Coleman; his parents, Kiah and Maggie Clair; a son, Lloyd Clair; a
brother, Steve Clair: and a sister, Maggie Clair. Arrangements by
Landry's Funeral Home.
