Mother Evelyn Hollins

Wake and funeral eulogy services were held today from St. Daniel
Spiritual Church in New Orleans for Mother Evelyn Hollins who died
Wednesday.She was the mother of Mrs. Agnes McGinnis and Albert
Washington of Raceland; and the sister of Mrs. Enola Reese. She is also
survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and
great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband,
Nathan Hollins; a son, James Washington; her parents; Hampton and Bertha
L. Raymond; and brothers, Moses, Hampton Jr., Nelson, Samuel and Simmuel
Raymond Sr.Dismissal will be on Saturday at noon. Interment is at
Providence Park. Dorothy Lawless is in charge of arrangements.
