Amie Esteve Breaux

A Mass of Christian Burial had been scheduled from Mothe Funeral Home in
Algiers at 1 p.m. today for Amie Esteve Breaux, 92, a native of
Lafourche Parish and a resident of Algiers for 65 years, who died at
4:25 p.m. Saturday.

Interment was to be in McDonogh Cemetery.

She was the mother of Bridget Gravois, Nettie Saladino and Gertrude
Gabriel; and the sister of Annette Breaux, Louis Esteve, Mrs. Nick
Adams, Mrs. Weekless Adams, Johnny, Thomas, Edward, Paul, Louis and
Phillip Esteve.

She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and
five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emile Breaux; two daughters,
Odette Hoz and Doris Chiasson; three sons, Lester, Earl and Louis
Breaux; and her parents, Aima Legendre and Louis Esteve.
